At our die branch, we take extra care to ensure that our dies are created utilizing modern computerized equipment, so that they are perfectly aligned with each individual extrusion press. Extruding Line
To ensure quality, the surface of aluminum alloys is thoroughly examined by a skilled quality control expert to ensure there are no irregularities or deformities. Additionally, the dies used in the process are put to the test for precise accuracy and necessary adjustments are made. Through extrusion, the aluminum alloys are transformed into profiles of various shapes based on the specific dies utilized in the process. These shapes can then be used in a variety of applications.

Anodizing Line
The process of anodizing involves creating a protective layer of aluminum oxide on the surface of a profile. This layer acts as a barrier against natural oxidation and effectively enhances the profile's hardness and durability in various weather conditions.
